IBM is bringing its Lotus Symphony productivity suite to the cloud with the launch of LotusLive Symphony, a cloud-based office productivity suite. IBM believes that LotusLive Symphony , along with other software and services launched today , will help “businesses embrace the social business models through cloud computing.” Currently at the technology preview stage, the new cloud-based office productivity suite will square off against comparable products like Google Apps, Microsoft Office Web Apps, Zoho Office Suite and Oracle Cloud Office. Rumor: Cloud Storage Coming to PlayStation 3

There's been some chatter that Sony plans to introduce cloud-based storage for its beloved PlayStation 3 console, and that chatter is starting to turn into a roar, Fudzilla claims . The news and rumor site says a number of sources have now confirmed that this "PS Cloud," a term Sony trademarked back in 2009, will ship as part of the upcoming 3.60 firmware update.
